i went onto google this evening, and i found the most wonderful thing - a website where you can look around art galleries all around the world!
and they have the Van Gogh museum on it!!! 

I have found one of the best art-based programmes EVER.

it's called 'Vincent van Gogh; Painted with Words'.

it has my favourite actor, Benedict Cumberbatch playing the lead role, and although it was many, many years ago, everything said in it is from letters Vincent or his family and friends have written.

it's very fascinating, and i would definitely recommend it.

i was just looking up vincent van gogh (due to my total obsession with him) and i found out about the most wonderful exhibition at dulwich picture gallery.


dulwich gallery has its 200th birthday next january, so 12  masterpieces are to be loaned to the gallery for each month in the calendar year.


the following artists will be featured: Velazquez, Vermeer, El Greco, Veronese, Rembrandt, Ingres, Van Gogh, Gainsborough, Constable and Hockney
